We are all about this creamy roasted garlic and white bean dip right now. Not only
does it taste delicious, but it’s quick and easy to put together, with just a few
ingredients. White beans are blended to perfection to make this dip extra thick and
creamy, while lemon, garlic and tahini pack a lot of extra flavor. If you’ve never
tried a white bean dip before- start with this one! We love this creamy dip with our
Cranberry Almond crisps!
1 15-ounce can white beans (we used cannellini!)
4 - 5 cloves of roasted garlic
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon hot water
1 tablespoon fresh basil, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon aleppo pepper
healthy pinch of kosher salt
One box of Cranberry Almond Crisps
*optional! for extra creamy decadence, add a tablespoon of crème fraîche to your dip before blending!
combine all dip ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blitz until silky smooth✨
sprinkle with smoked paprika, a sprig of fresh basil, grab a cranberry almond crisp (or your other favorite flavor) and get dipping!
