Does anyone else love bruschetta? It’s such a fun and satisfying appetizer! It’s perfect for long winter days when you’re craving a little burst of colorful, fresh tomatoes and savory herbs. We’ve created our own version of bruschetta, using our Savory Fig and Thyme crisps. Enjoy this recipe at your next gathering or put together as a quick snack!
*This recipe uses a feta, but for a dairy-free version, you can make it without or simply substitute non-dairy feta.
Ingredients
1-2 Large vine tomatoes, chopped small
1 Large handful of basil, chopped
1/4 Cup Crumbled Feta
15-20 Savory Fig and Thyme Crisps
2-3 Tbsp Olive oil, for drizzling
Recipe Instructions
1) Once the tomatoes and basil are chopped, line up your crisps on a large plate or serving tray.
2) Top each crisp with a small spoonful of tomatoes and a sprinkle of feta. Garnish each with a sprig of chopped basil.
3) Drizzle with olive oil, and serve!
