Since it’s officially pumpkin season, we’ve been getting creative in the kitchen with a variety of fall recipes. Lately we’ve been making this pumpkin pie dip. We’re not sure what we love more about this festive spread: How simple it is to make, or
how incredibly delicious it actually is! It’s sweet, creamy, and has a subtle hint of
pumpkin pie spices for that classic fall flavor. If you want to get really festive, cut
the top off of a miniature pumpkin, scoop out all the insides, and serve this dip
inside the pumpkin. We think it pairs particularly well with out Cinnamon Maple
Crisps!
1/2 can organic pumpkin puree (or freshly roasted pumpkin)
8-0z cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 box Cinnamon Maple Crisps
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Place all ingredients into a small food processor and blend until silky smooth.
Yep, it's that simple.

Great question, Greg! There are roughly 40 crisps per box.
